Our two-day Inca Trail adventure to Machu Picchu begins early in the morning. We will depart from Cusco and head toward Ollantaytambo, a charming town nestled in the Sacred Valley. From there, we’ll board a train that takes us to Km 104 (2,100 meters / 6,889 feet), the official starting point of the Short Inca Trail. Chachabamba Archaeological Site

Upon arrival at Km 104, we’ll cross a bridge over the powerful Urubamba River and enter the archaeological site of Chachabamba.
